Technicians working on various parts around rocket & from scaffolding mounted around satellite on nose. Tilt up & down spinning nose. 14:45:43 Slug. 14:45:52 Technicians tightening rim on large nose assembly. Hydraulic lifting back of sections of flooring around nose; men pivot rocket nose w/ wires. Raise up & move w/ crane hook. Men w/ frame moving nose. 14:49:04 Fitting nose section to main body section.
