Flashback to prom night ? that evening w/ boyfriend Jack proclaiming love for her - “You’re the only girl I’ve dated...in two months” - Nora says she’ll have to think about it. Mother comes into bedroom - tells Nora “most people fall in love several times in their life” - kisses her goodnight.
