McCarthy: “Mr. Chairman, may I suggest that before I start to say something that I not be interrupted in the middle of a sentence; and that Mr. Symington and no one else has the right to interrupt unless they address the chair and the chair recognizes them.” 05:19:19 McCarthy holding two photographs side by side.
