“Salute of Pioneers” 16th All-Union Komsomol meeting. Trumpeters play as Young Pioneers enter large hall, greeted w/ standing applause, VIP’s on stage, group of pioneers at microphone, give greetings in name of all pioneers, applause, high angle audience, various shots of young pioneers, some w/ big helmets, costumes.

Young Pioneers leading dogs, followed by others: police, general public. CU various types of dogs; people take pictures, CU dog w/ little hat, another in scarf. People watch & judges take notes. Winners.
06:13:45 Owners make their dogs do various tasks incl. jumping thru a stand, some dogs jump, some try to get thru the bottom of the stand, people laugh, dogs jump over high & low fences, shot of audience. Owners w/ their dogs accept diplomas & medals. The End.
