Separate motion picture has been released. Phase 3 was aimed at “what caused the nuclear excursion...” Contract awarded to General Electric. Still photograph showing before accident. Cut-away drawings of reactor building. Photos of post-accident 04:22:31 Film of workers removing pieces & remotely filming etc. Briefing workers before investigating & working.
