Post-WWII - ca 1955, USA Government: Eisenhower Awarding Remagen Bridge Certificates to Military Veterans. 07Mar55 MS Military officers & civilians standing, includes 4-star General Matthew Ridgway; Pres. Eisenhower followed by Gen. Carl Spaatz in suit & other civilians enter room, Ike introduces ?? & shakes hands. Ike speaks to group & presents certificates to civilian & three military recipients (last is 3-star General John W.
