Terrible Teddy, The Grizzly King Edison copyrighted 23Feb1901 In a forest area with snow-covered ground, a man carrying a rifle eggs on two others dressed in city clothes, who carry signs reading ‘My press Agent’ and ‘My Photographer” (not readable). The man fires his rifle in a tree and a small animal falls down. The rifle man stabs the animal for the benefit of the two others. He then mounts his horse and rides off with the two other in tow, on foot. Difficult to understand, very contrasty and meaning is obscure. Was intended as satire on Vice-president Theodore Roosevelt.
