Suddenly in migrants house; talk about Nathaniel. “He’s a good boy.” They talk about wanting to stay in their home; the mother tells the Wheeler girl what a great place America is, that God cares, etc. “We all must try a little harder...then we’ll understand what a good country this is.” Meeting of Christian Fellowshiop at migrant camp, Mr. Keeler speaks to them. Newspaper headlines against Patchtown, disease etc. Ken Keeler talks to Town Meeting and angry nasty bigoted crowd; says that the selfishness of community should be overcome and include the people there into the community. “...forgotten the American dream...unless we help them find that dream...” ...do it through the outreach of the Church.
