Teenage Witness Pt. 2 of 3 Terry in principal’s office; Terry worried about doctor’s bills after father’s heart attack - principal asks if he’s lost his faith. Terry’s sister Julie at home w/ Phyllis - answers phone & it’s Rod asking for Terry. Terry comes home, throws away Rod’s number - Julie thinks he should call him, feels sorry for him & wants to get him to come back to church; “since when is trying to have someone become a Christian a waste of time?” Terry calls Rod. 07:35:03 Next day at school, Terry tells Rod he called back but the line was busy; Rod promises to stop taunting Terry & asks Terry to teach him to be a mechanic Jeff listening in to conversation - then offers to pay Terry to teach him to be a locksmith for $2 per lesson. 07:37:04 Terry showing Rod locking mechanism - starts asking why he left church but Rod leaves hurriedly. Phyllis tells Julie & Rod that Jeff is paying for Rod to learn about locks so he can rob a gas station; Julie wants to believe he can be saved. Terry comes home & they discuss the ethics of teaching.
