16:16:45 Bill & friend Jim, two others come in, give Jim money to hold because he’s honest; he breaks up argument; sits w/ girl, respecting her. MCU Bill talks more about Jim having good character, asks how can you improve your character? Mrs. Carter explains...
16:18:15 Five year old boy in store steals cookies, store owner talks to him. He learns what it means. In same store later he wants to take cookies but doesn’t. Temptation. Later he comes back & doesn’t even think about stealing. Bill agrees with Mrs. Carter; decides how to begin changing his character to avoid making excuses for himself.
16:20:33 Bill talks to camera & summarizes what he should do.
