Sign on building: Army Arctic Training Center, Big Delta. Tilt-up to observation tower. 05:53:25 Int of hangar. A prefab plywood igloo from Finland is already set up for testing. Men in parkas enter igloo carrying rucksacks. 05:53:51 Slate: same. Two men unpack on top of boughs on floor, blow up / inflate rubber mattresses, put sleeping bags on top of them. 05:54:48 Ext, men finish erecting prefabricated plywood igloo for testing.
