Some sitting wrapped in blankets, snow on ground behind. Women watch milk can lowered on heavy rope or cable. Other women walking about w/ handkerchiefs over eyes. Note: 72 died in 16Mar40 explosion. Eleanor Roosevelt had toured the mine in 1935.
