NATO Conference (Press Conferences) Palais de Chaillot, Paris, France Press conference held by Anthony Eden, Great Britain Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defense Earl Alexander of Tunis. Eden speaks first and mentions the solemn problems confronting the group, which they will have to find a solution for. He mentions helping out with materials and supplies. Alexander then makes a statement about this being the first time he has appeared here, that he is favourably impressed, and that all the meetings are held in a friendly and co-operative spirit.
