President Reagan greets many children & parents, followed by Philip Hazeltine, Susan Akin Saxton, Jim Johnston for picture taking. They all move behind desk for signing ceremony, Reagan talks w/ them. Then press comes in and Reagan talks to them as he signs the bill. Reagan receives a cap & red shirt for use when he’s chopping wood. He shakes hands as they leave the office.
