Another bomb is exploded; smoke emerging thru treetops. Soldiers thru lush growth; w/ flame-throwers destroy Japanese jungle positions; 00:03:25 Many soldiers enter village of Kin, past groups of women & children huddled together on porches & in various thatched & tiled huts; CU of children. 00:04:11 Soldier points at Japanese characters on wooden crate apparently holding Chesterfield cigarette cartons. Soldiers search village for Japanese, ransack a building, examine uniforms and signal devices. Soldiers discover a group of Japanese troops (?)
