Pilots to planes, loading gun cameras, pilots buckle in, pilot limps to plane, can in & take off across field. Flying low over camera. 10:43:18 People into giant concrete building / air raid shelter w/ steel over windows. Interior closing protection doors. Electric trams parked in empty street. Men at radio post; hospital patients to bunkers. 10:43:42 More contrails. Int. of large room of trackers & radio sets. Women plotting on map. Marking on wall w/ dramatic shadows. 10:44:29 German Fighter aircraft. Ack-ack & fighters attacking / hitting bombers seen from gun camera w/ bomber falling. CU pilots hands on gun in fighter plane. Women in tracking station. Parachutes descend; wreckage on ground. Captured wounded Americans interviewed on camera (SOF), says has injured ankle. American’s graves.
