Asked about returning veterans & told that both union & non-union workers will be credited w/ seniority rights for their service time as stated in contracts. Handicapped to go into plants regardless of seniority & special continued schooling upon return. British asks about possible unemployment problem post war especially amongst women. Woman replies that many will return to their homes but for now they are focussing on getting women into the factories to win the war. Brit says both countries will be faced by unemployment when the war is over. Talk about post-war reconversion needs & usefulness of worker exchange programs. The work of labor management commissions is praised.
