Daughter of magnate - very 1920’s fashion, waiting in office for father to finish. 01:18:39 Chief engineer oils street car of “Wall Street Line” Gag as he oils horses joints. Waters horse / ass, hitches to trolley. Wall street on car. Mule won’t budge so driver walks ahead w/ feed bag. Horse stops again, driver hits w/ paddle mounted on front. 01:20:05 Taxi driver & driver fight over customers. Magnate’s daughter boards horse-drawn carriage & collects meagre receipts from driver. Daughter & conductor pull up to waiting passengers who climb thru & board taxi. 01:21:53 Crowd gets on & conductor can’t take tickets; chases. Men argue w/ taxi driver. Conductor uses man w/ single tooth as ticket punch. Mother & young child on horse drawn bus, baby taking money from conductors bag & swallowing. Conductor holds baby upside down & “empties” him like a money-box. Lady and child alight. Conductor has to get back in time or Magnate loses franchise. 01:24:23 RR commissioners wait for him to return. The turn trolley & run back. Mule stops, trolley pulls it back; they unhitch & hook up motorcycle. Show up w/ mule in trolley after dodging cars. 01:26:19 Taxi driver upset when Pullman arrives in time.
