Logs dumped into mill pond for storage. 14:43:37 Logs sawed into smaller lengths as peeler logs, then moved & hoisted into mill; de-barked, put on lathe, wood peeled into sheets & moved along conveyor. 14:45:29 Veneers checked, cut into widths, put thru drying ovens. 14:46:37 Knots cut out & replaced. Veneer strips glued at right angles between panels to form plywood. Plywood put in hydraulic press over night; dried. Hot plate welding process. Sawed, then sanded. 14:49:35 Finished product sorted & stacked by grade; then into railroad box car for transport to market. 14:50:17 Uses of plywood shown: station wagon w/ plywood panelling; speedboat; ping pong table; wood-framed house under construction; finished home.
