When workers are free to work for whom they wish & when & where they wish; when management can contract for a fair days wage & workers can contract for fair wages for their work. We are in the midst of serious & complex problems, widespread strikes & bickering, misunderstandings & intolerance and overall danger of inflation. Management’s contribution to the solution of these problems can be a marvelous one. Full productivity can bring the higher wages, the lower costs, the improved standards of living that we all desire. It can bring the only solution to the threat of inflation.”
