Eastern Sector Berlin / Potsdam Town Hall w/ Atlas holding globe on top, heavily damaged, other statues, tilt down to destroyed buildings. Hammer and Sickle Russian sign next to it, pan down building amidst ruins & signs in Russian. Much wreckage. Roman oblisk in front of partially destroyed Town Hall w/ circular top ringed w/ columns.
