Inmates walk past Germans, to identify German guards among line of people. Germans argue to American officer. 12:18:10 Line of German guards etc under guard outside of building. 12:18:16 Event or ceremony, many national flags in concentration camp courtyard; one German flag w/ Dachau crest.
